The first bump in Europe’s Megaconstellation plan?

Fresh from the news, the “Breton constellation” project (after the name of the French commissionner Breton) seems to encounter its first delays. While 6B€ were set aside to launch the constellation, this seems to be the first bump in the project. It seems to be linked to frequency allocation, however, this is not a revelation: any space project needs frequencies! And brodband needs MORE frequencies, right?

Will we see a saga like for Galileo? Only future will tell, but this project, like Galileo and Copernicus is a great European answer to the developments of USA and CHina based projects, in a fashion where Europe is good (although maybe not always cost effective).
